Yes, all gym run classes are included in your membership. We would love to see you. Other providers you pay the teacher directly. Please ask for a timetable
We have a range of membership options to suit all people. A casual visit costs $15 and all the memberships are less than that. Your best choice is to come and see us and discuss your needs.
This is hard to answer as every day is different however we can help you work out the best time to come for you. We have more than enough equipment for everyone.
